Except as specifically permitted herein, you shall not use the intellectual property rights or the Service for any purpose with the written permission of Guenette Funeral Home.

Content Scraping/Content Ownership

Guenette Funeral Home grants you permission (which may be revoked at any time for any reason or no reason) to view the Services and to download, integrate via authorized social media application, email, or print any individual pages of the Services in accordance with the Terms of Use and solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any trademark, copyright or other notice contained on such pages. No other use is permitted. You may not, for example, incorporate the information, content, or other material from the database, compilation, archive or cache. You may not modify, copy, distribute, re-publish, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, reuse, resell, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell or use for any commercial purpose use.

 

Except as specifically authorized by Guenette Funeral Home, you may not deep-link to the services for any purpose or access the Services with any robot, spider, web crawler, extraction software or any other automated device to scrape, copy or monitor any portion of the services or information, content, material from the Services. Guenette Funeral Home reserves all of its statutory or common law rights against any person who violates this provision. Such use of content is considered theft and will be prosecuted. In addition, any such scraping or copying of content shall incur a charge of fifty dollars in U.S. funds ($50.00) per individual data set as liquidated damages together with the legal expenses of collecting such liquidated damages on a substantial indemnity basis.

Online Privacy Policy

At our funeral home we understand that the privacy of our visitors and the knowledge of our use of information collected from each visitor is important in our activities. Please feel free to read our privacy policy and we encourage you to contact our firm about any of the information located below if you need further assistance.

Your IP address

We collect the IP Address and Domain Name that is used when surfing our web site. We use this information for Site Traffic Statistics and analysis. We also receive your IP Address when you complete a search on our site in order to help our firm better recognize what is being searched by our visitors. All IP Addresses and Domain Names are kept with the utmost confidentiality.

 

Use of Cookies

A cookie is used by our funeral home only when there is persistent data that is required to use the Web Site, ie. Administration Mode, and when an E-Commerce order form is being completed. For general viewing of pages, there are no use of cookies.

When a user is wishing to purchase the product(s) that they have chosen they will be asked to complete a online form. When a user completes a section of the form and clicks on the "Next" button, not only does the form progress to the Next page but a cookie is created on the visitors computer with the information that they just completed. The purpose of the shopping basket cookie is to remember your information so that if you leave or get disconnected and come back to the order form our server will be able to complete the sections of the order form for you including product selected.

Security Monitoring

All login attempts to Administration Mode will be monitored by FrontRunner Professional. Each failed attempt is written back to the server and analyzed by the staff of FrontRunner Professional.
